Just got a copy of my lipid report from the doc’s office, figured this was a good place to track it. I’ve never had mine checked before so it was nice to get a good “report card”.
Total Cholesterol: 150 (<200 is good)
LDL: 103 (<130 is good)
HDL: 33 (>40 is good. Need more aerobic to boost this.)
Total Chol./HDL Ratio: 4.5 (<5.0 is good) Triglycerides: 68 (<150 is good)
