  1. Wait until you get a session where you start marking the location of all of the trash cans in your head so when you need to hurl, you can at least do it neatly. 🙂

  2. I did have a bit of reflux and burping when I dropped back down into a plank position after doing jump squats on the Bosu, but I’m proud that I didn’t hurl.

    This time.

  3. It gets better after a month or two…you won’t have that sick feeling as often and will have more stamina to get through the workout.

  5. Worse: I’m PAYING for the privilege! LOL It’ll all be worth it by summer though. 🙂
